The first link tells you how to look up well logs using Montana’s online resources. Note that the more information that you have about where the well is located, the easier/faster you’ll find the correct well log. Having the Township, Range, and Section information for the property of interest makes a general search most likely to succeed. You will have to create a user account and sign in, use the second link, to conduct your search. Because the state of Montana is supposed to record all well logs, the GLA does not duplicate this effort.
