Now you can conveniently and securely pay your assessments, Project Review fees, and other GLA charges online. You may use your VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit, debit, or prepaid cards. Or ACH e-checks with Sunwest Bank for a little more than the cost of an envelope and a stamp.

We offer two options for submitting online payments. Both will take you to secure GLA-owned accounts where you can make payments. No payment data is recorded until you reach the official GLA portal at PayPal or Sunwest Bank.

1) Sunwest Bank Secure Payment Portal - ACH e-check costs little more than an envelope and postage. Sunwest will create a FREE GLA account for you. You do NOT need to be a Sunwest customer or have a checking account with them. Sunwest offers payment reminders, accepts all major credit and debit cards, and accepts e-check payments from your current checking account. Best of all, Sunwest charges much lower fees than PayPal. Just so you know, you will need to have your 3-digit GLA account number readily available. One is on the bottom left hand corner of your assessment statement tear-off tab.

How To Create a Sunwest - GLA Account and Make Payments
You may submit or view payments, change card and e-check information, schedule payments, and receive email or text reminders via your free Sunwest GLA account. All of your information and payment transactions are stored on Sunwest's secure servers.

2) PayPal Secure Payment Portal - Non-standard or Standard choices. A PayPal account is not required. Fees are higher than Sunwest.

Choice A) Non-Standard Payment: The Non-standard PayPal choice is perfect if you have your invoice or statement handy, or know the exact amount you wish to pay.
Simply enter the amount you want credited to your GLA account and click the Calculate button. The PayPal fee and the total amount will appear along with a Pay Now button. Click the Pay Now button to make your payment on the secure PayPal website.

Choice B) Standard Payment: This PayPal choice is for paying assessments when you do not have your statement present. You may pay on-time, full-amount quarterly or annual assessments. A table will appear showing how much the PayPal fee is for each assessment value. Select quarterly or annual in the box and the amount of your payment. Then click the Pay Now button to make your payment.

PayPal Account NOT Required When you click the Pay Now button, you will be transferred to the secure PayPal website. PayPal will try to locate your existing account or sign you up for an account. To bypass that and pay as a guest, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Pay With Debit or Credit Card".
